Favourite session as a coach?: Enjoy seeing development from Juniors through the Age-Groups

Favourite session as an athlete?: All structured and well presented single or multi-sport sessions

Something about you that many people do not know?: Love family (ever growing).  Gain satisfaction from the success of others which is/should be the reason to coach.  I pay attention to detail and often overload myself.  Dedicate most time to voluntary roles.

What is your ultimate goal as a coach?: We are now a growing club. We are also a focussed club with some fantastic athletes and achievements at individual and team levels. Many are striving to improve and following the examples of other club members.  To keep this legacy, build our coaching base, expand our junior section, for all to progress and enjoy the experience.

Favourite Race / Course?: Loved the World Finals Tri Course through London and Austria Ironman bike.

What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: Kona

What piece of equipment couldn’t you live without?: At the moment sad as it is ‘my laptop’  should be my bike – the price of coaching?
